Customers need a compatible Web3 wallet with USDC on the matching network. Not exchange balances or Binance Pay. Binance: imported EOA; Coinbase: EOA; Bybit: seed phrase only.

Can I reuse or turn off a link?
A standard link can be paid again while enabled. You can disable it from its private management page. Shared links do not currently have an automatic expiry setting.
Will a link automatically match my orders?
No. Standard shared links group payments under that link. Order association and automated fulfillment require your own integration. See how to connect payment results.
What about a refund or an unclear result?
Check your records, receiving wallet, and transaction details before asking for another payment. Refunds are separate transfers arranged with the customer; there is no automatic refund action in this flow.

You need a receiving wallet; customers need a compatible wallet and USDC on the selected network. No USDC purchase is needed to create a request.
